Blue Spark Foundation

As a new provider of the Duke of Edinburgh award scheme Sele School required rucksacks to facilitate the expedition modules of the D of E scheme. BlueSpark Foundation funded 32 rucksacks which enabled expeditions to the Peak District and the Isle of Arran to take place.

Richard Eversley D of E co-ordinator reported that the students were able to use the rucksacks on both expeditions to good effect. All students completed and passed their expedition with flying colours and were able to challenge themselves undertaking difficult terrain and personal challenges.
